At Hara Healing Center, we’ve mastered the holistic approach to preventative care for your entire body. Our mission is to restore balance and well being to our patients while teaching them to be collaborators in their own healing.
Using an integrative approach, combining Eastern principles and Western science, we create
a personal treatment plan including acupuncture, herbs, diet, massage and movement therapy to address the root cause of the problem and get you back to living your life to the fullest. Our multifaceted approach facilitates the healing process on a physical and emotional level, while our emphasis on education

SERVICES WE OFFER
Acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific points on the body--commonly referred to as acupuncture points. The most common method used to stimulate these points is the insertion of very fine single use sterile needles into the skin. Pressure, heat, or electrical stimulation may further enhance the effects. Other modalities may be added to enhance the treatment such as : manual massage, infrared heat therapy, cupping, gua sha, LED laser therapy and the application of topical herbal liniments.
Constitutional Facial Renewal Acupuncture™ was created by Mary Anne Wakefield as a safe, painless and effective treatment for rejuvenating the face as well as the whole body. Fine lines may be entirely erased, deeper lines reduced and skin around the neck and eyes firmed. Facial acupuncture is a natural alternative to Botox, and more invasive cosmetic surgeries. It is also extremely beneficial for people with Bell’s Palsy, TMJ, neuropathies, and post-stroke facial paralysis.
Relax and rejuvenate your body. Every therapeutic massage treatment is customized to each client. I have over 2000 hours of massage and specialized bodywork training, including cranio-sacral therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Deep Tissue, Tui Na, and Pregnancy Massage.
Micro needling or Collagen Induction Therapy is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a device with tiny automated needles which creates controlled micro-injuries to the skin. This stimulates the healing cascade in the skin of a variety of growth factors which produce new collagen and elastin. Topical products are absorbed more easily and at a deeper level of the skin due to the tiny microchannels created by the needles. It visibly helps overall skin texture, tone, and can reduce hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles. It can also treat acne scarring, discoloration, as well as stretch marks and scars. It has been shown to help hair regrowth in some people.

Craniosacrral therapy is a gentle hands on technique that uses a light touch to assess and treat the movement of fluid in and around the membranes of the central nervous system. Through the gentle manipulation of the tissues of the head, spine and pelvis, we are able to sense and relieve tension in this system creating a better flow of cerebral spinal fluid which can remove blockages and enhance the body's ability to heal.
HERBS AND FORMULATIONS
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers an extremely valuable, rich, and extensive herbal treatment history. Within this tradition are thousands of years of case studies, development and research, which we benefit from greatly today. As opposed to some forms of herbalism and western medicine, Chinese herbs are often used together in formulas instead of being used singularly in larger amounts. Formulas allow you to blend herbs to create a synergistic balance that enhances each herbs positive effects and reduce or eliminate any negative side effects they may have.
